Really interesting news story from children and poverty charity, Save the Children UK.
Young people in the UK were able to take part in mock votes in 'elections' which were held online.
The children were asked to choose between a total of four political 'parties' which were created by the poverty and children charity's campaigners in Bradford
'Our Shout' is a Save the Children project located in Bradford whose members have been campaigning to make politicians stick to their promises when they said they would end child poverty in the UK.
The charity asked the children, aged between 13-18, how they would run the country, if they could.
The group of young campaigners told their stories in 4 short political party broadcasts which were animated.
Each 'party' had it's own manifestos and policies which were created after an examination of the real main political parties calls and created their own agendas based on what they discovered.
Each of the videos which were animated focused on the way in which the individual parties would approach the problem of child poverty in the UK and how we could help end poverty and make lives easier for families who are living on the poverty line in Britain.
