We’re probably about halfway through our reviews of apps that have been created by UK charities.

The last review was part five, where we covered apps by the National Trust, Breast Cancer Care and the (US wing) of the Stand Up To Cancer campaign.

And in posts prior to that we also covered many other charities including Macmillan, Dog's Trust, Save the Children, WellChild, UNHCR, Battersea Cats and Dogs Home, Meningitis Trust the British Heart Foundation and many more.

Our friends over at Concern got in touch today and supplied us with a sweet message for Valentine's Day below that we hope will convince you to invest in a gift from their online gift shop. Here's their message:

It has been three months since Christian Aid deployed emergency relief staff and support to those stricken by the devastating Typhoon Haiyan.

Even when areas were hard to reach, Christian Aid were there helping out people and families who suffered as a consequence of this massive disaster.

The appeal is still going, but we wanted to give an update of the impact that the charity has had thanks to the donations of its supporters.
